from the actual operation, we found that when using three side cutting to cut the double bound bound book, if the back thickness is greater than 8mm, when cutting the second copy, the back will have a wrinkle of 4 ~ 15mm. At this time, we can only use the dividing machine to divide it into two single books first, and the original 4mm saw will come in handy. Generally, the cutting edge of the dividing saw blade of this machine is 3 ~ 4mm. You can first put the double copy of the newly bonded bound book for 1 ~ 2 hours, and then divide it into single copies after the hot melt adhesive is cooled and dried, and send it to the three side book cutting machine to cut the finished products. After passing the inspection, it is packed and delivered out of the factory

strengthen sampling inspection

in order to ensure that the ex factory products can meet the 100% qualification requirements of the national publishing corps, good products should account for more than 30%. In addition to the pre press, printing and post press departments' self inspection according to quality standards, we also specially equip independent professional technical quality inspectors in these three processes. Spot check the products in each daily process according to the quality standards, strengthen the spot check of key products, and even inspect them one by one, and maintain 100% inspection of prepress products. If problems are found, they should be solved immediately without affecting the construction of the next process. At the same time, the work records of inspection should be made, and we should be good at summarizing experience and formulating preventive and preventive measures
